Hello, I am Axelle, a dedicated mind-body therapist dedicated to help you reconnect with your body, feel less stress or anxious, and restore restful sleep.

I use Sophrology, a somatic method that’s relatively new in the UK but very popular in my home country, France. It combines Eastern philosophies such as Buddhism and Japanese Zen with Western techniques like Hypnosis and Progressive Muscle Relaxation.
