Learn effective mind-body practices to deepen your connection with your body, your emotions and access your inner strength.
Welcome – I’m Axelle
I’m a dedicated mind-body therapist, here to help you reconnect with your body, reduce stress and anxiety, and restore deep, restful sleep.
I offer personalised one-to-one sessions using a gentle but powerful combination of body movement, breathing techniques, and guided visualisation. Sessions take place in a safe, relaxing, and non-judgmental environment, online or in person.
I use Sophrology, a somatic method that is still relatively new in the UK but widely used in my home country, France. It draws on both Eastern practices like Buddhism and Japanese Zen, and Western methods such as Hypnosis and Progressive Muscle Relaxation.
Who I Help
Sophrology is ideal for people who want to feel more balanced, focused, and in control, especially if you're:
Struggling with stress, anxiety, or burnout
Dealing with insomnia or restless sleep
Facing a life transition (career change, relocation, family stress, pregnancy, menopause)
Preparing for a performance, public speaking, or exam
Living with chronic pain or tension
Looking to improve emotional resilience and calm
Curious about mind-body practices but unsure where to start
If any of this sounds like you, I can guide you through simple and effective techniques that help calm the nervous system, clear the mind, and restore inner stability.
